- Less than 48 Hours’ Notice: If you cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled service, a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost will apply.
- No-Show Policy: If you fail to be present or provide access to the premises at the scheduled time without prior notice, a fee of 100% of the service cost will be charged.
For Subscription Services:
- 30-Day Notice: You can cancel your subscription by providing at least 30 days’ notice before your next billing cycle.
- Refunds: Refunds for subscription cancellations will be prorated based on the unused portion of the service period.
Cancellation by Limpiar
In the rare event that we need to cancel or reschedule a service due to unforeseen circumstances such as staff illness or extreme weather conditions, we will notify you as soon as possible. You will not be charged any cancellation fees in such cases. If we are unable to reschedule, you will receive a full refund for the service.
